5. ARE YOU LGBTQ+ FRIENDLY?
Past and current clients, please refer to the cancellation and reschedule policies in your contract.
Retainers are nonrefundable, regardless of reason of cancellation. If notice of cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to reserved date, only the retainer will be kept. If notice of cancellation is not made more than 14 days prior to date reserved, 25% of total collection cost will be refunded. Change of date fee is currently $500. Date changes are unfortunately not guaranteed.
4. WHAT ARE YOUR Wedding CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULE POLICIES?
Total image count varies from wedding to wedding. I never limit the number of photos you receive. Your gallery will include all of the good edited images. On average, 2-5 hours of coverage can produce anywhere from 300-500 photos, but sometimes more. 8-10 hours of coverage can produce anywhere from 500-1000 on average. It's important to remember that every wedding is different, and sitting aside more time for photos will usually result in getting a larger gallery!
3. How many pictures will we RECEIVE in our gallery?
I am based in East Tennessee but serve Tennessee, Kentucky, Virginia, North Carolina & beyond! For weddings, there is currently no travel fee for venues within 3 hours of me! If your wedding takes place a bit further out, there may be travel fees added on. I would love to visit new venues in 2026 + 2027, so please reach out!
My local session locations are in and around the Speedwell area, and I also frequent the Knoxville area. If you have a specific location in mind, please let me know of any location preferences before booking so we can discuss if travel fees apply.
2. Where are you based and do you travel?
Weddings: 2-3 weeks.
Sessions: 5 business days
1. When will we get our gallery?
- 50% of wedding package is due as a nonrefundable retainer upon booking. The remaining balance is due 2 weeks before your wedding date (For select dates, I am open to accepting 25% now, 25% 1-2 months later. Please inquire!)
- Collection pricing does not include travel fees (see "travel" FAQ below).
- I never limit the number of photos you receive. Estimates per package can be found below. Your gallery will include all of the good professionally edited images.
